Convention Subsidy

Main requirements:

  • At least 300 participants in total, including 50 participants from overseas OR International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) approved meeting
  • Application must be submitted before the location of the conference is announced.
  • Application must be submitted by the LOC/organizer in Japan.

Planning

Bus Shuttles Subsidy

Main requirements:

  • At least 1000 participants in total, including 50% from outside of Hokkaido
  • Application must be submitted by the LOC/organizer in Japan.

Hybrid Convention Subsidy

Main requirements:

  • At least 100 participants on-site, including 50% from outside of Hokkaido
  • Application must be submitted by the LOC/organizer in Japan.
